Craft Pizza Company is a Zagat-rated modern artisan kitchen. Our formula relies on fresh, sustainable, and delicious ingredients. Craft's New York-style pizzas, homemade pastas, and farm-fresh salads are made from scratch. We offer vegan pizza, gluten-free pizza, along with lots of delicious meaty and cheesy options for the more traditional pizza eaters among us.

We never substitute quality for speed, and still rely on fresh-picked herbs, hand-stretched dough and are committed to using as much local and organic as possible to make our food taste like it should. It's a less-is-more approach, with a preference for honest ingredients and an eye on sustainability.

Our team is made up of four industry experts who have worked together to create an unparalleled menu and dining experience. Restaurant veterans Steve Suh, Landon Strauss, and Chef Chad White bring a unique set of talents, experience, and vision.White is one of San Diego's most sought after chef's, known for his wild creativity, authentic sense of flavor and style and organic fearlessness. He pushes expectations and boundaries to create food outside the bounds, flavor beyond expectation, with delight all but guaranteed.White began cooking, and exploring his own need for adventure and discovery in food in the U.S. Navy in 2002. After leaving the Navy and looking for opportunities to grow and explore further, he became a Chef de Partie at Prince of Wales & 1500 Ocean at the Hotel Del Coronado, then Executive Chef of the Doubletree by Hilton Golf Resort San Diego before joining Roseville, an acclaimed upscale Mediterranean-French brasserie in Point Loma.White opened his own Catering company Ego Culinary Trends creating menus for signature events in and out of San Diego such as the Sundance Film festival. White served as Executive Chef / Owner Sea Rocket Bistro in North Park, where he made his mark in San Diego as the “Seafood Maverick” among some of the cities best chefs. He launched Plancha a unique Pop Up traversing restaurant celebrating his travels in baja, cooking, hunting and fishing with his south of the border amigos. In addition to Craft Pizza Company, White's newest ventures include La Justina on Avenida Revolucion Tijuana, B.C and Común Taqueria.
